SYN_Vander Posted November 22, 2020 Posted November 22, 2020 (edited) IL2 already writes mission results in a 'raw' format to log files which is being used by Vaals' excellent stat server software (and others). However, since this is 'raw' data (basically every low-level event such as bullets fired, damage done to a plane or player etc) it requires interpretation to come to the actual results: who shot who and how many planes / vehicles destroyed in total etc. IL2 already does that in the game since it shows the end-results in an overview after the mission ended. Is it possible to dump this data in the same format to a (new) mission results log file? Something like: Name, Side, Status, Planes (L/M/H), Vehicles (L/M/H), Trains, Buildings, Factories, Ships, Sortie time Benefits: 1) It would make it much easier to use the stats in external utilities like mission/campaign generators. No need to maintain databases and what not to piece together end-results 2) There would be no difference in results as shown during the game and afterwards in the log file. I'm NOT asking to replace the existing log mechanisms. The current method produces a lot more data so you can calculate gunning accuracy etc, which is great. Edited October 17, 2022 by SYN_Vander 2 3
VBF-12_Stele Posted November 23, 2020 Posted November 23, 2020 You read my mind. I was just about to post this exact same question. Some squads do coop missions and it would be handy to have this information easily retrievable to put into spreadsheet to track this info and share.

We (Syndicate) are starting a coop campaign together with the Fighting Irish and we would like to have a simple spreadsheet type of scorecard, preferably integrated with Discord.
