super-truite Posted November 22, 2020 Posted November 22, 2020 Not sure if it's a bug or a mistake I made while creating my missions, but most AI controlled KV1s are still firing after being destroyed. I need to delete them after death, which is a bit ugly in order to get rid of them. Any ideas ?
RIVALDO Posted November 22, 2020 Posted November 22, 2020 Sometimes the player controlled tanks shoot after being blown up.The do so untill the player doesn't get into new tank. Bugs bugs bugs. It's been around for quite some time... 1

kalnaren Posted November 26, 2020 Posted November 26, 2020 Just encountered this one myself. Putting a round through the front of the turret seemed to fix it

SCG_Neun Posted November 26, 2020 Posted November 26, 2020 (edited) If you go into the advanced settings for the tank....and change the vodka intake level from 5 to 1, this will eliminate the problem. Of course, if you choose to leave it as is, the fireball has a really nice blue tint to it. Edited November 26, 2020 by SCG_Neun 2

Tanks were smoking and AI gunners (my own tank as well as platoon mates) wouldn't engage them. Didn't matter how many rounds I put into the back or side of the tanks, they wouldn't "die". Didn't stop until I fired right at the gun mantlet.

Naw, I'm pretty sure the instances where I saw this happen, the tanks were destroyed and it didn't matter how many rounds I put through the front of the turret, they would keep firing.
