Issue with tree distribution by main roads and be good to add distant cumulonimbus

I don't know about the rest of you all but from watching all them BoS game videos I could not help but notice that every main road has right next to it one line of trees on each side.  That kinds of  tree distribution does not portray realism.  Besides it means that  emergency landings on any of these main roads is out of the question.  There has got to be open stretches of main roads on the plains of stalingrad.   

 

Type of improvement: 

Randomize tree distribution along main roads to add a touch of realism, just as cloud distribution is randomized? 

Furthermore, in summer time adding a cumulonimbus backdrop to map (far in distance such that player can never actually fly to it) would add another level of immersion to game without difficult coding to accomplish it?  Cumulonimbus can be seen from as far as 500 km away from 500m high flying aircraft in clear conditions so a type of wallpaper backdrop for these clouds works well. 

Explanation of proposals:

I personally do not like the main roads graphics because the distinction between road and sorrounding terrain is too stark.  It looks like the same road graphic as in all the previous iL2s.  Seems like the roads are so nice and clean from ice/snow, so distinct that it reminds me that I am playing a video game.   

Benefits:

Realism

 

 

Hope I am not being too picky.

I very much doubt that anyone would have attempted to land on roads during the battle of Stalingrad, given their likely state - but if you have evidence to the contrary, let us see it.

U read the whole post and this is your reply/observation!?   By the way, I am not talking about downtown Stalingrad by any means.  This thread is not even about this really, I just stated road landings as an example to show how trees very close to main roads everyhere is odd.  Interesting how some people interpret things in ways the original poster could have never fathomed :)

It could be the row of threes are meant to be allées. If so they would be a hazard for landings in real life too. I don't know the agricultural landscape if Russia well enough to tell whether allées were common or not.
