Default skin as custom for mission

Is there a way of extracting the default desert skin supplied with the new Hurricane,

and re save it as a custom skin, so it can be selected and used by AI in Vanders misssion generator?

Or indeed, is there a custom desert skin available anywhere yet?

Sorry the two files are 19mb so too large to attach here.

 

If you search for ungtp-il2 in these forums you'll find a tool to allow you to extract the files from gtp archives.

 

Then if you look in IL-2 Sturmovik Great Battles\data you'll find a bunch of files like Skins.gtp, Skins1.gtp etc. Use ungtp-il2 to uncompress these files. I would look at the most recent ones and eventually you'll find the Hurricane stock skins and you can copy them to IL-2 Sturmovik Great Battles\data\graphics\skins\HurricaneMkII so that EMG can see it.

 

Files you are wanting are hurricanemkii_skin_05&1.dds and hurricanemkii_skin_05&1#1.dds
