Multiplayer team balance

Is there any possibility of allowing the server owner to set a maximum team difference instead of it being locked at 2?

 

In a 70 aircraft game 10 extra planes on a team isn't a deal breaker but when we start heading into the 25vs50 territory it gets very lopsided.
