I enjoy flying the German and Russian planes, but I don't speak either language. Is there a way to change that? No, I don't mean to learn them either?

There are mods to have all radio coms be English IIRC. Look in the mods section.

Take a look at this topic, its also does explain on how to DIY.  I use this mod only for the Russian part, as I can speak German language. It did work before the Russian female update, so I do hope its still working for the Russian male voices.
