How do I repair/rearm in multiplayer?

I've tried looking for an answer everywhere, but I can't find a straight answer that's up-to-date. Is there a way to stay in the same aircraft and repair or at least rearm in multiplayer? I think I saw it's a server option, so how can I tell if that's enabled on the server I'm on or the airfield I'm parked at? Is it something fixed to the realism settings?

You need to set two keys/switches for 'Rearm' and 'Refuel'. When you're in the RRR zone you will find that 'Repair' happens automatically. Yes, it's a server/map option that needs to be set by the creator. Easy to do and great for a more realistic feel. Plenty of info at Combat Box and other main servers.

The rearm feature is implenented by the mission builder when making the mission. If it is active the mission brief should say which airfields apply or a specific location. So it is not on all maps
