I have no idea if CLOD has any way to consume mission input or generate parseable results. If it did it would almost certainly be much different than Great Battles, so all of the PWCG code around that would have to be rewritten. Internally PWCG is mostly not product specific. Combat report processing quickly converts great Battles data into an internal format. Mission generation would be a lot of work because the Great Battles mission structure permeates a lot of PWCG code. So If CLOD had a mission format and result logs then it probably would be possible. just not easy.
