Winter Kuban campaign for PWCG?

Hello Patt, recently I saw a mod that cuaght my attention:
 

I was thinking, it would be nice to have a winter Kuban campaign with PWCG.

I do Spring/Summer 1942 and then Spring-Fall of 1943.  Are there even winter textures for Kuban?  I followed the link and Gallahad said something about "not so snowy winter".
