Logitech Pedal Problems!

Hi community. I’ve recently purchased Logitech rudders but I cannot bind them to the yaw command. When loading IL2 it recognises the peddles and asks if I want to transfer the bindings from the x box controller I used in the past. I cancel and then attempt to bind the peddles in the assign key section. Despite moving peddles backward and foreword it does not register. The peddles work fine with DCS but not IL2. I use a warthog throttle and joystick alongside the pedals. Any help would be gracefully received.
