I've mistaken the thread as related to PWCG and said 'no subtitles logs in 4 missions'.

No.

 

If you need some custom info being entered into the logs, use e.g. a fake_block with a certain name being destroyed by a Damage: Complete MCU. If you need that info multiple times, repair the fake_block before next damage.
