Language Selection

Hey guys...   I am having issues with being able to have my squadron speak in English when playing in "Quick Mission".     I of course have the language set to English in my Settings > Regional Settings > Language >

 

I have made sure all my planes skins on the friendly side have English Skins like I would do back in the day of playing "1946" where I remember it defaulting to English when doing so.    Anyway is it per-programed based on map selection and cant be changed??
