Just of note, The Bf109E-7, Black 6 flown by Christmann with the red flame nose is actually a Bf109-T2. This variant was actually built and flown based on carrier trails for the non-eventuating Graf Zeppelin and noted for it's extended wings allowing for a shorter take off and lower landing speed. After trails it was sent into action in Norway where it had good success especially on short airstrips, being retired in 1944.

 

Apologies if this has been bought up already, i couldn't find this in the search engine. I know it's a minor in comparison to the game itself but it' nice to have the actual variant  as a lot of effort has obviously gone into making everything technically correct.
