Can anyone tell why the Command Test mission works, but the Bison mission does not? The Bison mission doesn't even load into coop game mode, even though I get the message that it has registered on the main server. I get no coop screen where the player would normally select the playable tank. It just loads immediately into the map.

You have the spawner trigger object linked to the tank that you want to occupy.

Thanks again Jim. That explains what happened to the coop screen. I must have saved and re-saved this thing 100 times trying to get it to work. With that back in order, the original problem is still there. If you delete the object link to the player tank, you will spawn in, but the other tanks in the Bison platoon wont react to any commands. I have checked and rechecked and can't see why the platoon wont take commands. The Bison platoon is set up like the Command Test platoon as far as I can see.

Spawned AI ignore commands given to an AI leader. Maybe it's a similar situation here, that is, the spawned AI ignore commands given by a human leader.

But that's my point Jim, the setup works in the Command Test file. Why would it work in one file and not the other? This seems to be a recurring  issue, something works one day and then it doesn't.

I have posted a video of the Command Test file running over in the screen shots and video forum. The video was made by editing what was nearly an one hour long mission where I used the command feature repeatedly throughout. In fact I use the command feature to knock out 25 targets without firing a single shot myself.

And this is what's usually happening, I go to make a mission by either reusing saved mission elements that previously worked in another file, or repeat steps to build elements I have already used, and know work. I will then spend hours trying to figure out why it suddenly doesn't, at which point I have probably saved/tried the file so many times that errors like the one you pointed out concerning the object link crop up.

I am so appreciative of the support you give this community. Can you see a reason why the exact same logic in the Command Test file doesn't work in the Bison file? I have even grabbed a video as I go through each element to compare both files just to change the perspective, but I can't find any difference between the two. I could certainly use a fresh pair of eyes on the matter. The player tank is enabled and set for coop start. The AI tanks have the enabled box cleared. The AI tanks are target linked to the player tank, and object linked to a spawn trigger. All tanks are named and numbered accordingly to create the group. Thanks.

In the Command mission, you activate the vehicles (activate trigger). In the Bison mission, you spawn the vehicles (spawner trigger). That may be the difference that allows Command to work, but Bison to fail. As I mentioned, spawned AI (with the spawner trigger) ignore commands given to the leader by an MCU, so they may also ignore commands given by you. That's my theory anyway.

Aside from the thanks already given, I like to reply especially to offered help. That solved the problem Jim.
