Spline Road problems

Hello,

I am hoping somebody can help me. I have been enhancing an airfield on the Tobruk map, after a long and frustrating search I managed to find one that has half decent hardcoded spawn points that makes a reasonable bomber base for Wellingtons & Beaufighters (absolutely love them)

I have added a good selection of eye candy to bring the base alive and decided to try and enhance the taxiways using either North African road or runway splines...however none of these actually seem to show up, the only one that is visible is "runway concrete 20m" and that sticks out a bit...any ideas anyone ?
