Controller force feedback

How is the force feedback in this game?  Don’t shoot me, but I play on a gaming laptop and use a steel series console style controller without force feedback.  It works well for its mobility, with the flight stick on the left, rudders in the triggers and I use the right stick for the head view.  My question is if i had a controller with force feedback like the expensive Xbox elite 2 or Astro controllers would the game utilize it and would it be worth it?

I use an old MSFFB Sidewinder full force feedback stick and it's very good in game.  As you say, fully utilized.
What I don't know is if it will work with an XBox unit.

This XBox Elite 2 or Astro are DImput  or XImput controller?

Could be that  game support for ForceFeedback are not compatible with the last protocol.

If possible test before buy.
