I've reinstalled GB after many months, I can set all axis (including rudder) but when trying to assign the brake pedals the game doesn't recognise them.

I don't understand since when I use it months ago it works all fine.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

thank you

Run the firmware calibration software again............. should fix it.

Hi Hoss,

thanks for the tip but it didn't work. I managed to solve another way.

before choosing the command I pressed the pedals so when I depress it the game found the axis, then it was just a matter or flag "invert axis". I don't know why it doesn't work as it should but with this exploit it works.

You can invert the brake axis in MFG Software, but this assignment (in game) with inverted movement of axis is common for certain joysticks. No colateral effect because game allow invert axes too if needed.

Setting an axis like that I think you need to hold it at the center position before you start, then move through the full range of travel. Read the instructions for setting an axis that pop up when you try to set it.

It does work as advertised, I've never had to invert axis yet but I understand some people do have that problem, glad you got it sorted and flying right...............

Cheers
