The Beauty of SRS on Combat Box

In this video, I'm escorting Viper flight, in P38s, just struck the enemy radar tower deep behind enemy lines. As they make their way back to base, a single contact appeared to defend the radar station. I, in Pelican flight and a SpitfireIX, called out the contact and dragged them towards Viper Flight, as I was lagging behind the group. Viper's forward escort, Ace in a P51, turned to assist me, and as he did he over revved his engine. It was still enough to turn and burn with the 109 - who did some really amazing rolls and turns. However, in the end it wasn't enough. Good fight, Flynvrtd . You can hear all the call outs on SRS, and if you couldn't tell; it's extremely immersive in my opinion. I highly recommend joining SRS when playing on Combat Box, if you haven't already. I'm normally on channel 3. See you in the skies!

Can't thank combat box enough for getting behind SRS!

 

It really is incredible flying there with the automated AI call outs, and doing a raid with cover with people you've organically met through the SRS Comms.
