IL-2 Tank Crew command feature

I made a video to show how easy it is to command a platoon of tanks using just the Left Mouse Button. Thanks to the development team, the most recent patch seems to have fixed issues with accessing this feature in some game modes. The platoon travels 9 Km, and knocks out 25 targets with only one loss.

 

But I noticed another issue when using the Tank Crew command feature. Not sure if this is something new, or if it has always been there, but once I hit the tilde key and access the secondary command menu using the Left Mouse Button, it stops working if I then access/use the primary command menu by hitting the tilde key followed by one of the function keys. There is no issue when repeatedly using the Left Mouse Button/secondary command menu, but once a primary command has been selected, it seems to make the secondary commands associated with the LMB non-functional.

Looked quite damn good, have to say, I am surprised. I thought the game graphics would not hold ground for tanks in this game, but it seems I was wrong. Hilarious I thought so since the tank games I have played the most are M1 Tank Platoon and Conqueror before that. It is amazing how with imagination you could make do back then ?

messsucher how did you manage to get tank crew version 4.502  ? ?   ? ?   this is the final version for release in December

Haha, but have to say will have to buy at some point this Tank Crew and see how it is.

 

I remember when CoD was released and 1C came first time with a video and news that they consider making playable tanks or something, I was so yes yes yes yes, please please please, yet now it has happened and I still do not have the expansion, which is a bit weird.

They only thing you can wish for now is that they bother to fix all the things that were/are still broke. The following is a quote from the most recent patch notes.

 

"Tank Crew gets the last planned features for its release in this update, making 4.501 a milestone for it as well."
