Mysticpuma Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 (edited) Type of improvement: Without doubt the quality of the Pilot model in BoX is outstanding but currently it's completely wasted for filmmakers as the only way to see it in action is when the canopy is open or static views with the F11 camera. Also the limited animations of the hand to goggles and back again, well a few more hand movements would be great, especially if the Pilot is not wearing goggles the animation could be removed?Explanation of proposals: By having a camera mounted (like a Go Pro but zoomable) behind the pilot looking forward and in front of the Pilot (down by the pedals or/and to the left or right of the dashboard) looking back at the pilot. Also with the camera positioned by the developers it would mean that the 'clipping' shown in the attached images would be removed.Benefits: This allows film-makers the ability to utilise much more intense, dynamic angles and also showcase the detail in the Pilot model which in comparison to most flight sims is second to none! Ultimately a significant showcase for BoX and great marketing for the product by adding dynamic angles to the footage captured by filmmakers, even if only allowed in replay mode.
