Giving some Kudos to the dev team

I've been flying IL-2 and my other favorite VR capable sim lately after a long hiatus of not flying any sims, and I have to give the Il-2 dev team props.   While this platform is one where there is always room for improvement,  many of the things I've personally wanted to see in game are now features in Il-2 GB. as well as things I might not have asked for.

 

There are still some bugs that could use ironing out.. Features that could be added.. but it's nice to see the team is finding time for improvement along with bringing new content and maps. 

 

I know myself and quite a few others are dreaming for the day we see some Pacific content.. and I know I'm not alone in having been a bit vocal about issues that have sometimes gotten in the way of the fun. 

 

The recent improvements to spotting are pretty huge.    Finding more radio commands in SP for my first return flights was a pleasant and most welcome surprise.. and while I know I'm just one customer out of many,  I hope maybe some kind words will offer encouragement to keep the momentum going to squeeze what improvements into your game that you can. Not that I think you need such encouragement, but I do know we PC gamers can be some obnoxious entitled ninnies at times.. so I figured some praise might be welcomed. 

 

I for one am thankful you guys have provided a platform that lets me break out my FFB stick and my VR headset and blow people out of the effing sky.   What we have today is a step up from the original product, and I'm confident it won't be the last step.    I think I'm going to have to purchase Normandy and perhaps the Yak-9's soon, and I'm looking forward to what the experience turns into over the years, especially with what technology and hardware may come.
