Has there been any progress on getting the "noseart" option to work?

I did try the other day to see if it was possible to add noseart using the drop down menu but I was unable to add any custom noseart. 

 

The feature does work with the Tiger Moth and its specific noseart but currently I cannot see any other aircraft that this works for? 

 

Just asking as with the Source Code maybe it is a bit easier to track down why it is partly enabled?

IMO - Just remove that Nose Art drop down menu from GUI... solve the problem. ?

 

Nine years later having Nose Art won't make any difference.

 

The biggest issue seems the transparency of noseart, the other part is just some text missing in index files.
