There is a Russian made TV series called 'The Attackers' that can be found on Youtube and it follows a fictional Yak squadron that incudes a female ace called 'Lydia' who is shot down near the end.

A nice video, very good there was no disco or techno or heavy music in the background. Those are so off-putting in IL-2 videos when the sounds engines and guns are the best music you can get.

Agreed!  If I wanted an MTV video I would turn on the TV.
