The dlcs I purchased from Steam are not visible here. How can I solve this problem

What exactly do you mean? We need more information to be able to help you.

Also, with this sim I would only describe the collector planes and campaigns as DLC, the titles (BoS, BoM, etc.) are all stand alone modules which merge together when you buy more of them. If you bought some here on the website and more on Steam you may have to link your accounts. I believe it's possible but I'm not the man to ask about that.

If you are referring to the badges under your forum avatar then you only get them if you buy from the website. (Which is better anyway because you support the devs more.)

(Also, font etiquette. Come on dude, that size isn't necessary, it's just obnoxious.)

I assume so but as I said I'm not the person to ask, I only buy from the website. However there are threads on the topic, try Googling "il2 link steam account" or something like that.

no

Only via steam will steam content be available and if linked to that steam account your web site purchases will also be available.

And you have to buy BOS on steam to use the steam version.

ie if you use steam content you must use steam account (by launching steam client) to get access to steam content.

If you run stand alone u will not see any steam content. (changes were made to steam licenses/keys so it can now only work this way)

I have some steam content purchased and linked before changes were made to steam integration changes made a few years ago that work also with standalone client , but as of changes to steam integration a couple of years ago, now all steam content is only avail from steam client version of game.

yes , dcs is the reverse , ( I think il-2 devs could make it possible same as dcs, but they have chosen not to make it possible as it would require them to issue a new license and have an import tool like dcs does for new steam purchases) so they use the steam client to confirm validation on each login and via linking accounts, rather than a license import tool.
