Quite a few complaints on STEAM Discussion forums... no comment from STEAM (as usual).

"Link Accounts and Log in" causes CTD.  

Problem appears to be widespread.

Can run game(s) as long as Steam is shut-down, however no STEAM purchased content is available (locked).
