Resetting snap views permanetly deleted all "Pilot head: custom" view positions for airplane

Hi, I followed these instructions from the game developers to reset my snap views for the Spitfire IXe.  After resetting the views all of the positions for "Pilot head snap position: custom" point into the cockpit seat back.  I've lost the views for "glance at instrument panel", "glance over nose left/right", "lean to gunsight", etc.

 

Because the plane-specific custom snap views cannot be changed with the F10 key like normal views they are now permanently lost.  The plane is broken.

 

Luckily I had a backup of the original views file.  I had to restore that backup to get the plane-specific custom views back.

Steps to reproduce:

 

1. Go to the directory data/LuaScripts/snapviews/

2. Delete spitfiremkixe.svc

3. Load a Quick Mission with the Spitfire IXe.  I chose Reinland Spring 1945, Koln airfield, Parked start.

4. Start the mission.  You will be sitting in the cockpit.

5. Unpause the game.

6. Press the Numpad Decimal key.

 

Expected behaviour:

The camera glances at the cockpit instruments.

 

Actual behaviour:

The camera glances into the back of the pilot seat.
