Driving the plane from outside the cockpit

Is it just me or the pilot's arms are particularly long?  I'm able to reach the pedals while standing on the wing!

Nah, I don't think it's that. Our pilot just has an unusually long, giraffe like neck.

Well Finkeren it may not be as unusual as you might think. Both pilots on both sides were put through almost a tortures routine where all new recruits must be strapped to a head and neck rack and stretched twice a day. Sometimes still strapped to the device whilst doing their day to day training whether that be in the air or on ground.

 

The benefits outweighed the pain. Pilots were able to achieve a panoramic view of their own aircraft!

This is a game some things are possible that should not be possible in reality and even more so because the game is only at 50% of is full potential?!

The almost out of body experience views you can get with the cockpit open in flight are way in excess of what a strapped in pilot could achieve. They really need to be restricted more.
