Mission editor for Tank Crew multi-player

I have been enjoying using Tank Crew and the included mission editor for more than two months now, but since yesterday, anything that I produce in the mission editor no longer works. I don't believe this is related to the recent 4.09 update because I use the mission editor daily and only started having problems yesterday. I have also been in communication with other users/members (JimTM) on the Tank Crew forum, and they have indicated that the example files I gave work for them. Why does the same file not work for me?

The attached example file follows the instructions given in the "Mission Editor and Multiplayer Server Manual" that is linked to the IL2 GBS forum. The mission elements are very simple and straight forward; a mission begin timer fires the input timer of a random switch described in the manual by JimTM, and each output timer is target linked to an "Activate Trigger" which is object linked to an AI tank that has its "Enabled" check box cleared. Each AI tank is also message linked to the first way-point of its path, while a "Counter Trigger" provides the logic to feed back into the random switch using a "onkilled' event message.

The mission elements and instruction here are clear, but when I launch the mission, nothing happens in terms of the AI tanks that are supposed to spawn into the mission.
