Is TFS a British company?

This might be a question for Buzz: we know that "IL- 2 Sturmovik: Cliffs of Dover" was originally developed by a Russian company, Maddox Games. Released in 2011 the game presented too many bugs and the simmers community was very disapointed. A few enthusiasts known as Team Fusion started bringing improvements to the game as of 2012 and officially took over the development in December 2016 as a new legally registered company: Team Fusion Simulations. Registered where? in the UK? Can we say that TFS... IS a British company?

Team Fusion is a company registered in Canada.

 

But its members are from all over the world... largest group from Europe.

 

They are all Flight Simmers originally.
