rapidhearts Posted August 25, 2020 Posted August 25, 2020 I reckon this would be my 5th time starting this mission in vr and it has happened in other missions as well. For some reason i'll be flying along fine and then all of a sudden i have the camera view looking out along the wing! I am using a hotas and being in vr i have disabled all head movement and camera controls from settings but it still keeps happening and am frustrated. If i have to start this mission again due to this problem i'll just uninstall it and forget about it. Any help or advice greatly appreciated Thanks

Is your headset having trouble maintaining centre? Do you have any mods installed or anything like that? might be a good idea to post this in vr portion of hardware forum as well to see if others have this issue, lots of experienced and knowledgeable VR users here. I’m just a screen pleb. Edited August 25, 2020 by RedKestrel

That’s the only thing I can think of.
Hartigan Posted August 26, 2020 Posted August 26, 2020 Default camera view reset should be keypad 5. Some wmr headsets needs enough room lighting. Your room might be too dark if you lose tracking while looking back

Your room might be too dark if you lose tracking while looking back For those that prefer not to reach up and press keypad 5 whilst wearing a VR headset, one can easily assign that function to a button on stick or throttle. It is " Default VR View" under Pilot Head Control settings. Same place you can also assign up to 5 levels of VR Z0om.
