Hi guys,

I would like to change my % throttle axis for Emergency Power. I think its set to 85% throttle level on the BF109 and I prefer 90%-95%.

Is this possible to edit?

I have a CH Pro Throttle modded with velcro (really easy) for the AFT detent. My last solution is to change where it is.

Thanks!

Yes and no.

I'm prety sure you can edit your throttle response with the CH devise manager

But not all the planes have the same emergency at the same % so unles you fly only one plane, customizing it for one plane will let it wrong for the rest. Even diferent 109s have emergency power at diferent %

Yes you can.

I've done this for prop-pitch so that the centre detent on my prop pitch rotary corresponds with 85% (most common used pitch besides 100%)

The other benefit is that you have more fine control of pitch at the top end where you use it the most.

You could do similar for throttle.

Using Joystick Gremlin software I moved the centre like this 1st screenshot.

I map everything through Gremlin to a virtual joystick. But if you want to just do it for the one axis, you can just do a single remap for the throttle. Remap looks like the 2nd screenshot, then go and add the curve to the vjoy axis.

In-game you must map the vjoy throttle axis, not the original throttle (will show up as a different joystick number)
