IL-2 Sturmovik BoS not launching [VERY BAD support asked refund]

Hello,



before starting a new thread I searched and tried to solve the problem, from stopping the Sonic Studio Services, verifying the integrity filles and so on, nothing worked, well here what happens on video

I have no idea what to do, it is the first time a something like this happens to me...
My configuration:



Windows 10 64bit (up to date)
CPU AMD 3.700x
GPU Nvidia 2080 Super (drivers up to date)
Ram 32GB 3.600hz CL 16
PSU 1.000w
Storage NMVe M.2 2280 1TB

That is strange. I would lodge a ticket with Support to see if they can help - in the meantime, there might be other things you can try, since it might be a little while before they get back to you.  Any problems with other Steam games?

A suggestion: open Steam, and click the Play button and note the time you did it. Then go and check the Windows Event Viewer to see if there are any errors popping up in Windows that might indicate a problem with the windows files or the install.

First of all thanks for answering, second I made a longer video that answer all of your questions, but before I contact the support I wish to be sure that I didn't make any mistake and i tried everything, but thanks for suggestions ☺️

OK, well if it is having an error when starting I think you need to contact support. They might be able to assist you. I can't think of anything else you can do.

So i was playing Il-2 BoS fine until it started to get stuck on the launch up loading screen i dont know how to fix this

I have a issue with IL-2 Sturmovik BoS and it did not want to keep loading it just stopped working it always worked before and i read that if you put it on a second hard drive that should fix it but it did not

Same issue here - VR starts up no problem, but that's it - (SteamVR-) loading screen only. Using the 1C installer, not Steam game.

Hi,

 

I updated the latest patch (Steam version) and graphics card drivers and my computer will crashes every single time I press start button on quick mission or career mode. Does anybody have a same issue? Help needed.

I'm a Steam user too and my game works fine.

I'd recommend that you do a local game files check from within Steam.

If you're using a force feedback joystick that doesn't work, like the Saitek Cyborg Evo Force, that might be it; use to have crashes with it with "Force Feedback" on.

I open a ticket on support almost 1 week ago, I have no idea how long it will take, but if they will not contact me soon, I will ask a refund (and of course leave a review about game and support)

I'm here to say that, after all I showed up, tried to get it worked, asked support, nobody answered, so I asked to refund my money back, the support is very bad, see the previous post to confirm what I'm saying.
So Long Sturmovik, it was a short BAD experience, welcome War Thunder which EVERYTHING works perfectly!!!
