I have installed BoX and my Warthog Hotas on my brand new PC build and have familiarized myself with the folder structure, input .cfg files etc. as well as the TM TARGET program, but I am not sure what filepath to use setting up my BoX profile. I figure it will point to the "input" folder, but maybe in the IL2 Great battles home folder? Everything else looks pretty simple to figure out from my past experiences installing other controllers. Help!

Of course the TARGET manual graphic as pictured here indicates it goes in the C\ root folder after pointing to the Great Battles .exe file, but I don"t see a FCF folder or does it just appear as a file when I'm done?  Just want to get the syntax right, better safe than sorry!

Yep, I know I don't have to use it from perusing through the forums, but I think it will work best for how I want to set up my controllers and different profiles for various flight sims. I used the CH products in the past as well as their programs with great results so why not use the tools provided? I have very specific ideas of where I want my prop pitch, mixtures, etc., switches to go so.... Everything else in the manual, .cfg files, etc., are pretty straightforward so this is the only part I have a small doubt about.

You need to find your Thrustmaster folder, if that is where you store your game profiles. I place my profiles in a folder in "Documents/Warthog BU". When you create a profile from the GUI it stores in "C/Program Files(x86)/Thrustmaster/TARGET/Scripts" folder if that is where your Trustmaster main folder is placed. I´m using the script editor and save my scripts in the aforementioned folder out of the Win UAC protected area!

Thank you FlyingH, that's helpful. I have found the Thrustmaster folder plus the Scripts folder, yesterday, and did orient myself with it's structure, I figured as long as I used a proper filepath to point to where I keep my profiles all would be OK, so I appreciate your reply. It's been a few years since I've flown for real or in a good sim so I'm looking forward to getting back in the air!
