Ferdinand tank destroyer mission problem?

I tried the "Ferdinand tank destroyer" mission several times:

- the 2nd Ferdinand never fires

- I stop the engine and open hatch to get ammo resupply, nothing happens, the SPW just ignores me. 

What am I doing wrong?

There seems to be a giant slave Tank bug, ask TIGRE ...
