601 Sqn. W/Cdr. Ian 'Widge' Gleed Spitfire Vb Trop skin

Made by photoshopping out markings and insignia from the  stock QJ-3 Spitfire skin & blending in Ian Gleed's personalised markings, including the aggressive cat noseart. As usual, caveat emptor applies: skin works fine for me with both the Spitfire VbTrop & HFTrop - and also the Vb -HF Late. The latter is actually nearest in appearance to Gleed's mount; which was a clipped-wing Vb with the compact Vokes Aero Vee tropical filter replacing the early clumsier Abu Sueir-adapted temperate intake. Also attached an unmarked version of the same skin. Gleed was unfortunately shot down over Derna on April 16th1943 during an "Operation Flax" sweep over Cap Bon, reputedly by 174 kills Luftwaffe ace Ernst-Wilhelm Reinert.

This is what I do;

Click on image then click again and it will re-size to correct 2048 x 2048 dimensions then Right click and select 'Save Image As' into appropriate Skins folder
