Talisman Posted August 18, 2020 Posted August 18, 2020 Is it possible to fly with a completely clear screen? For immersion, particularly with VR, I like to fly with a clear screen with no writing on it, no on-screen messages and no technical details. I fly VR for immersion and would like the option to have a clear screen like sitting in a real WW2 aircraft cockpit. Is this possible and/or might it be possible for VR users in future? Perhaps options fully off or fully on before flight, or option to turn on or off in flight perhaps. Thank you. 56RAF_Talisman
Sokol1 Posted August 18, 2020 Posted August 18, 2020 In CloD close the (4) Info Windows (Alt+click, right click > close). Make a backup of ConfUser.ini before, for revert latter, require close and start the game, .INI files is read only at game start. In Bo'X toggle off "Instrument panel" (I think).
ATAG_Flare Posted August 18, 2020 Posted August 18, 2020 There is actually a feature in CloD to toggle the UI but it is only available in the track viewer. It would be awesome if this toggle could be controlled by a key binding and used during regular flight as well. I would use it for sure. Sadly now the only way is to delete info windows.
