Hello,

I'm trying to create a server with a friend to play some cooperative mission, but it's been four month that we're trying to create that server and that's don't work.

When I create the DServer, I can log in, but my friend can't. He can see the server in the master list, click on it for log in, but after some second, he get back to the menu with or without an error message (#10019 Connexion impossible).

We get the same problem when he create the server and when I'm trying to log in to.

I've tried to create a Port Forwarding on my internet box, so, my friend can access the server but after the loading, the game crash and get back to the menu.

Someone can help us ?? ;( ;(

I followed this tuto btw : https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=478746156

You have my sympathy. I have never been able to run a server. Like you, I could log in to my own server but nobody else could. I tried everything and I mean everything. So much so, that I finally just gave up. I  won't even try anymore. Waste of time.

It shouldn't be hard to do this... but it has proven impossible for me. Frustrating. ☹️

Yeah, I don't know how people could have created a server lol. That's so complicated. And there is no hosting website which allow us to create an IL-2 server by easy way.

Have you configured your firewall(s) to allow dserver.exe internet access?

Could you post a screenshot of your router's port-forwarding page(s)?

Same problem here. I’ve heard about people setting up a VPN to port forward in case the ISP itself is blocking the ports. Has anyone had any luck with that? If so what VPN?

I’ve tried port forwarding on my router but when I try to hit that port using a site like https://www.canyouseeme.org , it can’t connect.

Is there a past thread relating to your adventures?  I think you really should have another try.

I asked to IL-2 support and they gave me this link :

I followed the guide and now it's work !

In fact, I did not put my internal IP address into the server configuration file. (That was not said in others tutorial I read)

Great !
