1st : Paintings of many books are often wrong, don't you know? This only proves that you're able to use google, but sometimes you should also read books and see historycal pictures!

2nd: I'm not a judge, so I didn't judge Julian57, I'm only trying to help him for better accuracy.

 

3rd: My reference are evident and taken by books, not paintings....So you're NO ONE to try to shut up my mouth!

 

- 4 staffeln II gruppe JG27 was the first flying the Me 109 F, landing at Ain El Gazala on 24 sept 1941. This II gruppe was equipped by Me 190F since July 1941, when they left their 109E to the III gruppe, operating on Eastern Front by page 32 and page 86 "German Fighter Ace Hans Joachim Marseille The Life History of Star of Africa, by Franz Kurowski tnanslated by Don Cox"

 

1st picture is the evidence that II JG 27 landing in Libya with 109 F.

 

2nd picture is the evidence of personal plane of Rodel with the yellow engine, according to order by Luftwaffe, imposed 22/06/1941, to avoid ground and air fire happened between italians and Germans (friendly fire cases).

Regardless of you becoming overwrought....julian was clearly using this particular profile as his creation profile to work from,and he's done a great job IMHO,so what is there to argue about ?.......how could he have checked your link for better hystorical accuracy,(your words).....he has created the correct aircraft skin for us all...so I'm confused ?
