Hello All

Some players are experiencing problems with the game when their monitor refresh rate is set higher than 60 hz.

They can experience crashes or stuttering.

We are looking into this issue, but in the meantime, we would recommend if you are having a problem with ingame crashes, please look at reducing the refresh rate on your monitor for the game to 60 hz.

It depends on the player.

Most have no issues with their native refresh rate.

Some who are using large screen TV's, super widescreen, or multiple monitors have a problem.

If you are having a problem, please post the details.

I am happy to report that the last patch solved the issue.

I am having a problem with a 1440p LG monitor. Its Freesync with a range of 48hz-75hz.

I have Freesync set to off, the refresh rate set to 60hz. However I-L2 ignores this and runs at 75fps/hz. Looks quite stuttery with some pauses too. Could this be related to this problem/bug?

My other games are running at 60fps.

Can I confirm you have set both the monitor and game to 60 hz?

If you can post your system specs here, that could also provide information which might help.
