Question about DW-T

I never played the original CoD game and heard desert wings was coming so gave it a go and found that setting the controls was torturous compared to IL2GB. I couldn't find a way to use modifiers for example.

My question is this; Does DW-T re-structure the keybinds menu to be similar to IL2GB or is it still the old CoD settings?
