Basic features in the UI/ Control inputs Plus other features

Hi All, I was wondering if we have these features in the UI/ control inputs.

 

1) the moment the 'Esc' key is pressed in game the gameplay is automatically paused so that we can access the other options without affecting gameplay

2) A toggle key switch to cycle between flaps positions,

3) A common targeting  switch to select the mission objective irrespective of whether it's an air or ground target

4) If possible:  When starting  a mission, it should begin with the game sequence started rather than paused

And I'd also like to request these features:

 

1) More single missions that come as part and parcel of the game. While i appreciate the support of mission creators it would be great if more sample/ stock missions came along with each new release.

2) Each new release comes with a training / tutorial / takeoff/landing/navigation/ A-A & A/G combat; this would be beneficial to newcomers who are purchasing any of the IL2 GB modules for the first time

3) if possible (I know this may sound ambitious / asking too much): heavy bombers like the B-17G, B-24J , Lancaster as collector planes with multi crew ability (pilots, bombardier & gunners)

4) Night fighters (Bf110G-4, P-61B/C Black widow) as collector planes
