Wasted 2 promocodes, can't purchase the game

Hello, I've been trying to purchase Battle for Bodenplatte with one of the three promocodes that were sent to me a few weeks back

 

However upon being redirected to the payment site all I got was a message "Unfortunately, there are no payment options available in your area".

 

So I've tried again only to find that a promocode is marked as "already used" - which it isn't.

 

But eh I've thought maybe it's some kind of error and I have two more left so I've entered the second one - and got the same result - "Unfortunately, there are no payment options available in your area" with a second promocode getting trashed.

 

So right now I have only a single promocode left, a few hours till it becomes unusable and no way to actually pay for the game.

Did you try Paypal? I recently purchased BoM with a promo code and used paypal, you may see a small international transaction fee on your bank account, i beleive the fee for me was 0.75 USD.

As I've said - it gives me zero payment options. Just an empty page with a single line that no payment methods exist
