A Few Very Odd Victories Indeed

Here's a video I made of a sortie where I managed to take down 3 planes depite only scoring hits on 1!

Both the Macchi C.202 and 109F-4 maneuver very well at higher speeds, and have a superior climb to the Tomahawk, but when they are turned too aggressively at low speeds they can stall.  The Tomahawk can quite easily outturn them.  It is poor over 10,000 ft though.

 

The 109F's normally have an easy recovery, not the Macchi, which was notorious for being difficult to get out of a spin.

Too bad we don't get maneuver kills like we use to in the WARBIRDS days ?....or do we ??
