How dies such a wide screen work on cod?

I have no problems with it.  Using the Alienware 34 inch 3440x1440 120 refresh.

When I am flying COD I use a 34 inch wide screen MSI Optix MPG341CQR that displays at 3440x1440 144 Hz refresh rate.

I am pretty happy with that screen as well. 

 

Running a UWQHD screen at a reasonable refresh rate does however require a good graphics card.

A few scenes in COD Tobruk see me getting down to 60 Hz with all graphics options maxed out ( including SMAA antialiasing )  using an RTX 2080 Ti.

In most scenes it runs at  130 - 144 Hz

 

Doing a low level scenic flight over London can get me down to 45 Hz

Tobruk runs great on my ASUS ROG 34" 3440x1440 @100htz G-Sync on a RTX2080 everything maxed. Even DCS channel map runs fine.

No issues with games on my ASUS ROG Swift PG349Q curved screen. 3440x1440 at 120Hz and IPS panel. Can not complain.

Disable any overlays and  run the game's exe in Win 7 Compatability Mode.
