How do I get my squadron mates to attack ground targets with their bombs?

I have just started “Eagles Over Tobruk” Campaign that starts with my Bf-109E mates & I on a mission over a very well defended Tobruk harbor.My problem is this : when we arrive over the target area my bomb equipped fellow raiders seem to not know what to do.They look as if they are following me as I. Circle around the target,,but never do their job bombing ships or land targets...So how do I get them to act? I see no orders available to me to “Attack ground targets..." Is there something I'm missing?

BTW: I get shot to ribbons attacking this target area  all by my lonesome...
