Discount codes not working?

Greetings,

Saw in the latest email blast about the Tobruk add-on that several discount codes were added to my (and everyone's) profile. But when trying to use one or more of them, nothing happens. Are there limitations on what the codes can be used for? (I was trying to use on a couple campaigns I don't yet have).
