Harry_Lime92 Posted August 9, 2020 Posted August 9, 2020 I purchased the Tobruk on preorder and have all the emails confirming my purchase but i cant see how to access the game. do i get a steam key in an email or have i missed something? many thanks in advance
1PL-Lucas-1Esk Posted August 9, 2020 Posted August 9, 2020 Harry, After you purchased the game, you should receive the key, like XXXX-YYYY-ZZZZ-AAAA. Open Steam, in the lower left corner you have an icon "add game" and then you should select "activate product on Steam" (or something similar, as I have Steam in my native language). Then I suppose that you will be asked to enter the key. Paste the one you got on the purchase. Once activated, the IL-2 CLOD: Blitz should start updating. And the Tobruk will be listed as a DLC (Download Content) for the entire game IL-2 CLOD: Blitz.
Harry_Lime92 Posted August 9, 2020 Author Posted August 9, 2020 thanks very much for the reply. I have emailed Xsolla as i haven't yet recieved the steam key email from them. Its been a while since i've brought a game and have forgotten the process.
1PL-Lucas-1Esk Posted August 9, 2020 Posted August 9, 2020 Check "Profile" and then "License keys" on the IL-GB website. Perhaps you should have one. There is also a list of your purchases in a separate tab.

I have emailed them and will wait for their response, I've no doubts everything will get sorted as i have the emails with proof of purchase.
