Help!!

Just bought BoS etc., using the 50% off promo codes.

 

Went into Steam, clicked 'Add a Game' and entered the license key but it comes up with an error saying it's an invalid product code (the code was cut 'n' pasted from the License Keys section of the Profile section of the 1C site, so I know it's valid and without transcription errors).

 

What am I doing wrong?

 

All help gratefully received :)

 

PS/. I noticed on the License Keys page on the 1C site that against all of the games I just purchased it states "Key activated" - the only game I've tried to activate is BoS in Steam and as described above it didn't work! :(

I am guessing that  you bought it from the 1C site itself, if so you don't access it via Steam. Instead go to your profile on the 1C site, to to Profile and at the bottom of the options is download - hit that and you should be ready to go.

Hi Monksilver, yes, I purchased from 1C itself. 

 

I purchased Desert Wings Tobruk the other day and assumed it was the same procedure to install the game - clearly not.  Doh!!
