Can't join my own session

Need some help...
I created a mission (my first CLoD mission ever created) and I am trying to host it for Multiplayer. I get to the "create" button. When I click it, the red marker on my selected field disappears and I am stuck in a screen where my name is red and theres a bunch of planes and roles to be selected. I cannot select any roles and when I click on "fly" AI is flying all the planes.

Other players can join my server and get flying. I sent my mission to another guy and his hosting works fine. He is able to create his plane and I am able to join him.

What am I doing wrong?  I followed the exact same steps he is doing to join his server and he can join his own session while I can't join my session.

If you followed this steps, i don't know what is the problem, mate

The spawn points will just work inside an airfield perimeter

Always keep every option on the Aircraft Switching box unmarked on the 'Realism' Menu,
if you don't do this you'll not be able to spawn a plane, switch armies, etc playing online missions.

To play online you can follow this steps (to play alone).

You can also create a Lobby for your friends to join, or they can find you on the server list (create a password and share it)

You can also go to the ATAG Forum and search for "playing coop missions". There are plenty of good tips there!

Good to know it works now

Cheers

Advantage of this "single player online" is that at 1:30 of video player can choose play as gunner of some AI plane, and using "Switch" jump and take control of any of the planes in the mission.
