Accelerate/Decelerate Time in Mission Problems (Career Mode)

The Accelerate/Decelerate Time in Mission function doesn't work properly since the last update.

 

Happens to me so far in single player career mode missions.

 

The missions starts normally and the Accelerate/Decelerate Time functions works fine.

Nearly after 50% of the mission (when the action begins) the Accelerate Time function doesn't change anything, the speed of time and pictures are still the same.

Decelerate still works normal.

Additional the normal time is really slowed down, feels like slow motion. Sound and radio voices are in normal time, not distorted during normal time.

FPS are all the time around 60.

 

Sine the last update the career missions are now nearly unplayable for me.

 

Maybe this is already adressed or known.
